As a Managing Director of the Company, is well experienced in Financing and Accounting fields by working in different positions at various levels in this company from incorporation.

He also started his carrier as Marketing Manager in this Company in 1986 and later on started and promoted other companies in India and USA and worked as Director & Managing Director of companies including Vijay Growth Financial Services Ltd. (now Supra Trends Ltd. BSE listed), Leder Mode House, Madras, (Manufacturer and Exporter of Leather Garments to UK & USA), Indo American Power Projects Ltd., Proposed 35 MW Power Project in Hyderabad. Etc. before promoted as Managing Director of the Company.

Dr. Bharath Kumar Kakkireni, Chairman & CEO of KBK Group, leads a conglomerate in IT, healthcare, media, wellness, hospitality, and real estate across India and the US.

Smt. D. Aparna Reddy, MBA, Whole-time Director and Women Director of the Company is well educated and experienced in the industry since 1998. She worked as Senior Executive and as freelancer for many Companies in and around Hyderabad before becoming Promoter and CFO of the Company.

Mr. Sreekanth Adepu

Mr. Sreekanth Adepu is a Certified Chartered Engineer and an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (India – IEI) with over 15 years of experience in renewable energy. His expertise spans solar PV & thermal projects, design, erection, commissioning, and project execution.

He has held leadership roles in ASUM Energy Pvt. Ltd. and worked with organizations such as Ghrian Renewables, TSREDCO, Novus Green Energy Systems, and NEDCAP, contributing to large-scale solar and renewable energy initiatives across India.

Mr. Adepu has conducted third-party inspections for IOCL rooftop projects, certified materials for MW-scale solar projects on behalf of MNRE, and is trained in PVSYST and SPIN software. Known for his technical excellence, project leadership, and innovative approach, he plays a key role in advancing the company’s renewable energy initiatives.

Mr. Sreenivasull Thoganti

Mr. Sreenivasull Thoganti, a B.Tech from NIT Warangal, is a senior technology executive with over 19 years in BFSI, currently VPTechnology at Bank of America Continuum India Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad.

He excels in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, AI, RPA, cloud technologies, and leading global teams across capital markets, investment banking, and consumer banking domains.

With experience at Deutsche Bank, Wells Fargo, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, and TCS, he drives innovation, cost savings, and scalable IT solutions for business growth.
